3. Account Registration

Account Requirements

To create an account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

  • Individual - Single user accounts
  • Team - Multiple users under one organization
  • Enterprise - Custom configurations with dedicated support

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You May Use Our Services To:

  • Process and analyze your own content or content you have rights to use
  • Integrate our APIs into your applications
  • Store and manage your processed data
  • Collaborate with team members

You May NOT:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for spam or harassment
  • Resell our services without authorization
  • Process illegal or harmful content
  • Exceed usage limits or abuse our resources

5. Payment Terms

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Taxes may apply based on your location

Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Enterprise agreements: As specified in your contract

Late Payments

Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended or terminated after 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

PersonalFreedom.AI owns all rights to:

  • Our platform, software, and APIs
  • Our trademarks, logos, and branding
  • Documentation and training materials
  • AI models and algorithms (excluding your data)

Your Property

You retain all rights to:

  • Content you upload to our platform
  • Data generated from your use of our services
  • Custom configurations and settings

License Grant

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide our services to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We process data according to your instructions
  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

8. Service Level Agreement

Availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime for paid services
  • Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance
  • Service credits may apply for extended outages (Enterprise only)

Support

  • Free/Trial - Community support and documentation
  • Professional - Email support within 24 hours
  • Enterprise - Priority support with dedicated contacts

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of processed content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonalFreedom.AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding fees paid in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PersonalFreedom.AI from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload or process through our platform

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity (with notice)

Effect of Termination

  • Access to services will cease immediately
  • You have 30 days to export your data
  • After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted
  • Fees paid are non-refundable except as stated above

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Platform notification upon login
  • 30 days advance notice for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us first to attempt resolution.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except where prohibited by law.

15. Additional Terms

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PersonalFreedom.AI regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
